You'll work with multiple classrooms, gaining valuable teaching experience and building lasting relationships in one consistent setting.<br /><br />Talk to a recruiter today and get hired before the first bell rings.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br />- Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning<br />- Assign lessons and follow the classroom lesson plans<br />- Maintaining a safe learning environment<br />- Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance students learning experiences and support them as needed<br><br></p><p>Qualifications:<br />- Minnesota Short Call Substitute or Teachers License <br />- Bachelor's degree or higher <br />- Applicants must have professional proficiency in English<br />- US Work Authorization - Zen Educate cannot provide sponsorship for an employment visa or relocation assistance at this time.<br /><br />Physical Requirements: <br />- Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the classroom throughout the day<br />- Able to lift up to 20 lbs and safely assist students when needed (kneeling, bending, quick response)<br />- Additional physical requirements may be requested during your application process</p><p>Preferred Qualifications:<br />- Tier 3 or 4 MN teaching license</p><p>Salary<br />Pay: $180 - $210/day, paid weekly.<br />Schedule: Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 am - 3:00/4:30 pm (no weekend work).<br /><br /></p><p>Benefits:<br />- Weekly pay<br />- Paid Sick Leave<br />- 401K (certain eligibility criteria)</p><p>Why Zen<br />With Zen Educate, you're part of a team that values your experience and supports your success.
