Description: <p><strong>Fath Properties </strong>is seeking candidates to fill an <strong>Apartment</strong> <strong>Maintenance</strong> position at our property,Fairfield Pointe . <strong>We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus!</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Apartment Maintenance Technicians</strong> are responsible for the following tasks:</p><ul><li>Performing necessary repairs in make ready residential units such as</li><li>cabinet removal and replacement,</li><li>appliance removal and replacement,</li><li>tub and tile removal and replacement,</li><li>plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, vinyl flooring install,</li><li>lighting replacement,</li><li>hardware replacement,</li><li>painting and drywall repairs as needed.</li></ul><p>This position reports directly to Community Manager.</p><p>Perform on- call duties- once properly trained.</p><p>Other duties may be assigned as needed.</p> Requirements: <p>Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:</p><ul><li>High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School</li><li>Plumbing and electrical experience</li><li>A minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience</li><li>Leadership skills a plus</li><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.</li><li>Physical requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs. Able to climb ladders and steps. Applicants must be able to operate power equipment such as saws, drills.
