What We Offer: <p> Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level. </p> What We're Looking For: <ul><li> Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred. </li><li> Experience: <ul><li> Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. </li><li> Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. </li></ul></li><li> Licensure/Certification: <ul><li> Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. </li><li> NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. </li><li> Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications. </li></ul></li><li> Additional Skills Required: Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
