The Nurse Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensure compliance, and foster a strong work culture.<br><br>Qualifications:<br> BSN Degree required<br> Must be a Registered Nurse with recent inpatient / acute care hospital experience (3+ year)<br> Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years supervisory experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Team Lead, Coordinator, House Supervisor, or equivalent<br> Experience with conflict resolution, staffing, schedules, accountability for patients and staffing results, ensuring compliance, etc. <br> Active MA license <br> ACLS & BLS Certified<br> CRRN preferred or eligible to obtain within 1 year of hire<br><br>Interested in hearing more?
