Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply" button and sending us your resume.<br>Salary: $40 - $45 per hour<br><br><strong>A bit about us:</strong><br><br>Manufacturer in East TN<br><br><strong>Why join us?</strong><br><ul><li> Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision</li><li> 401 (K) with generous company match</li><li> Generous Paid time off (PTO)</li><li> Vacation, sick, and paid holidays</li><li> Life Insurance coverage</li></ul><br><br><strong>Job Details</strong><br><br>Responsibilities:<br>Basic technical knowledge and skills, including an understanding of stationary maintenance concepts<br>Perform structural repair or replacement of equipment parts<br>Perform basic drive/component alignment<br>Competent in pipe fitting from 4" and larger<br>Ability to change/rebuild pump barrel-Goulds and 4GT IR pumps<br>Ability to splice conveyor belts<br>Ability to pack Goulds and 4GT IR Pumps<br>Basic pump troubleshooting<br>Competent in Grid coupling alignment<br>Assist in replacing conveyer belts<br>Assist in full shaft, hoist, crusher, and compressor rebuild<br>Perform basic shaft and hoist repairs<br>Perform LOTO<br>Basic rigging and weight handling<br>Basic housekeeping functions<br>Basic communication and interpersonal skills and a "team-oriented" approach to the achievement of tasks<br>Proficiency in relevant software<br>Qualifications:<br>High school diploma or GED<br>Appropriate trade or related qualification in maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment or a related discipline<br>Experience in welding is preferred<br>Experience reading blue prints and fabricating from those blueprints<br>Experience burning using the appropriate technique/cutter<br>Ability to use layout/measurement tools<br>Able to read micrometers<br><br>Interested in hearing more?
