What We Offer: <p> <strong>Assistant Nurse Manager</strong> </p><ul><li> <strong>Schedule</strong>: 6p-4a; 4 days a week with rotating every forth Sunday </li><li> <strong>Department</strong>: Orthopedics </li><li> <strong>Location</strong>: Forsyth Medical Center - Winston Salem, NC </li></ul><p> The orthopedics adult acute care med/surg unit is a 39 bed newly renovated unit that specializes in total joint replacements, orthopedic condition management, spine surgery/procedures, complicated headaches and retractable migraines </p> What We're Looking For: <ul><li> <strong> Education </strong> : High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred. </li><li> <strong> Experience </strong> : Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience,preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. </li><li> <strong> Licensure/Certification: </strong> Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications, required. </li><li> <strong> Additional Skills (required): </strong> Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
