What We Offer: <p> Applies ionizing radiation to the patient in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist. In addition to the duties of the Radiation Therapist I: Serves as a Super User for technology, Preceptor for new employees, providing training and mentorship, performs both CT and treatment procedures with a high level of proficiency, Involved in HDR QA or specialized treatment protocols, Demonstrates expertise in VisionRT, Simulation/IV Contrast, and new treatment devices or protocols, engages in at least 1 presentation/proposal to radiation leadership/physicians annually on cost savings, patient safety, or efficiency, ensuring that their ideas are heard and implemented, leads by example, promoting employee satisfaction through active involvement in process improvements. </p> What We're Looking For: <ul><li> <strong>Education</strong>: High School or GED, required. </li><li> <strong>Experience</strong>: Three years, required. As a radiation therapist, including expertise in CT procedures, HDR QA, or other relevant specialized treatment protocols. </li><li> <strong>Licensure/Certification</strong>: ARRT in Radiation Oncology, required. </li><li> <strong>Additional Skills/Requirements (required)</strong>: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. </li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?dpr4eHGj%2bcWr77kdG3OTS3l9baZaw1QGl" width="0" height="0" />
