<b>Responsibilities</b> <p>Telemetry RNs (Tele RNs) consult with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. The Tele RN utilizes machines that measure a patient's heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, as well as blood oxygen levels and electrocardiogram information. Tele RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Tele RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report an adverse reaction to medications in accordance with policies <li>Prepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment of patient <li>Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member <li>Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays </ul>Shift: 3x12 Nights<img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?dV7v%2fI1R74Y5e02Gh7brkVXQ%2bgPQopK1j" width="0" height="0" />
