Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers is essential in this role. Additionally, this is a key role in advocating for patients' needs, promoting health education, and facilitating smooth transitions of care across healthcare settings. Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing <br /><b>Required Experience</b>: 1 year of acute care hospital setting required.<br /><b>Required Licensure</b>: Current RN License in the state of employment required. <br /><b>Required Certifications</b>: BLS (Basic Life Support) at hire date, or within 90 days (about 3 months) of hire. <br />Preferred Certification: Certification in Case Management preferred. <br />Preferred Experience: 2 years acute care hospital setting preferred.
