See our benefits and perks page for details.</li> <li>Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyzes data related to the risk being Underwritten to determine what benefits, if any, can be offered and at what rates in order to mitigate financial risk to the company.</li> <li>Communicates with policy owners, applicants, brokers, agencies and/or other sources concerning underwriting decisions and procedures.</li> <li>Assures that work is monitored for quantity and quality, and that work improvements in performance and productivity are identified and implemented on a continuous basis.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BRING:</strong></p> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university, preferably in Business or a related field. </li> <li>Strong attention to detail, ability to make decisions and justify those decisions with sound and logical reasoning.</li> <li>Strong Mathematical aptitude.</li> <li>Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
