<p><b>Job description</b></p><p>- Lead daily Front Office operations while maintaining Forbes-level service standards<br> - Serve as a strong ambassador for the property, welcoming overnight and dining guests with warmth and professionalism<br> - Oversee front desk and valet operations, ensuring daily checklists and standards are met<br> - Check guests in and out, answer calls and emails, relay guest requests, and manage reservations<br> - Strategically assign dining room seating to maximize flow and guest experience<br> - Collaborate closely with Dining Room, Culinary, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams<br> - Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling to meet operational demands<br> - Manage department financial responsibilities including budget tracking, labor management, and supply PAR levels<br> - Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, taking full ownership of issues<br> - Print and distribute daily reports, communicating VIP arrivals, special requests, dietary restrictions, and billing instructions<br> - Maintain lobby, valet, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards<br> - Provide coaching, accountability, and constructive feedback to Front Office team members<br> - Demonstrate proficiency in Resortsuite and Tock systems<br> - Maintain thorough knowledge of the property, its history, amenities, and surrounding area<br> </p><br/><p><b>Required profile</b></p><p>- 2-3 years of Front Office leadership experience<br> - 1-2 years of experience within a 4- or 5-star luxury property<br> - Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays<br> - Proficiency in Microsoft Office<br> - Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br> - Professional presentation and polished demeanor<br> </p><br/><p><b>Company description</b></p><p>The ideal candidate will lead daily Front Office operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure seamless coordination between the Front Desk and Dining Room teams.
