Position Overview <p>We are seeking an experienced and driven <strong>Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> to serve as the Administrator of our Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LCHSA). This is a 6-month contractual leadership opportunity with strong potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs.</p><p>The Administrator will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered home care services throughout New York State.</p> Key Responsibilities <p><strong>Operational Leadership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee day-to-day operations of the LCHSA, ensuring compliance with all applicable New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations.</p></li><li><p>Provide hands-on operational oversight, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with regulatory standards.</p></li><li><p>Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence.</p></li><li><p>Ensure readiness for audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Team Oversight & Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team including:</p><ul><li><p>Registered Nurses</p></li><li><p>Patient Care Coordinators</p></li><li><p>Home Health Aides</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management.</p></li><li><p>Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-focused culture.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Regulatory Compliance</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain thorough knowledge of New York State home care regulations governing LCHSAs.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with NYSDOH standards and reporting requirements.</p></li><li><p>Oversee proper documentation, patient records, and quality assurance programs.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Home Care Registry & Systems Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage and ensure proper utilization of the New York State Home Care Registry.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accurate and timely verification of home health aide certifications and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Oversee electronic health record systems and operational reporting tools.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Quality & Patient Care Oversight</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Ensure patient care plans are appropriately developed, implemented, and evaluated.</p></li><li><p>Address patient complaints, incidents, and corrective actions as necessary.</p></li></ul> Qualifications <p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Active and unrestricted <strong>Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> license in New York State.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in home care or a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LCHSA).</p></li><li><p>Strong working knowledge of New York State home care regulations.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience using the New York State Home Care Registry.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated operational management experience in a healthcare setting.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prior experience serving as an Administrator or Director in an LCHSA.</p></li><li><p>Experience preparing for and managing NYSDOH audits or surveys.</p></li><li><p>Background in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.</p></li></ul> What We Offer <ul><li><p>Competitive contract compensation.</p></li><li><p>Opportunity for permanent placement after 6 months.</p></li><li><p>Leadership role within a growing organization.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative and mission-driven team environment.</p></li></ul><p>If you are a regulatory-savvy Registered Nurse with strong operational leadership experience in New York home care and are ready to make an immediate impact, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><strong>To Apply:</strong> Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and availability.</p>Compensation- 120,000, to 135,000 annually<p>Powered by JazzHR</p><br/><br/><p><strong>Compensation details:</strong> 00</p><br><br><p>PIf3ec-8936</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?vKUlkVYZrxDzNfY7%2bj6y%2fvJzJ2LQjAyMc" width="0" height="0" />
