What You Need: • Experience: 3 to 10 years of professional experience in the field. • Technical Mastery: A solid understanding of the "big four": Electrical, Hydraulic, Gas, and Diesel systems. • Professional Gear: Must possess a comprehensive personal toolset capable of performing advanced diagnostics and repairs. • Efficiency: A drive to complete work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
