If you're dependable, hands-on, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves, this is an essential position with a strong, supportive team. <p></p><p> <br/> </p> <strong>Job Duties:</strong> <p></p><li>Works for STP Porta Potty crew</li><li>Rides with driver for cleaning</li><li>Will be a back up driver and operator for the driver and tech</li><li>Need a valid drivers license</li><li>Restock and clean all porta potty's</li><li>To assist Guest in Public Areas when required</li><li>To have good knowledge of all facilities, hours of operation, Restaurants, shops and function rooms.</li><li>Post caution signs as and when required</li><li>Responsible to follow departmental policies and procedures</li><li>Responsible for upkeep of all the equipment which he is using i.e., Vacuum cleaner, trolleys, Scrubbing machine.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a time schedule for cleaning of their areas.</li><li>Responsible for spring/winter cleaning of their area as per the schedule is given to them.</li><li>Any other duties as assigned by management.</li><p> <strong> </strong> </p><p> <strong>Physical Requirements & Work Environment:</strong> </p><ul><li>Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.</li><li>Prolonged periods of standing.</li><li>Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times.</li><li>Must be able to swing an ax and cut wood</li><li>Ability to communicate in English to our associates and guests. </li><li>Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.</li><li>Ability to work in an unheated building.</li><li>Willing to live in a remote, rural community </li><li>Comfortable traveling by small plane or ferry to and from a remote setting</li><li>Able to walk and/or drive on gravel roads in inclement weather</li><li>In Season, the hours can be extended. </li></ul><p> </p><p> Icy Strait Point is a Native-owned and operated enterprise and offers Native Preference under P.O. 93-638. </p> <br/><br/><p><strong>Compensation details:</strong> 19 Hourly Wage</p><br><br><p>PIc2594fef1-</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?X00D720HWZ7JUi4HNtRjFPQX4Au1kZsCg" width="0" height="0" />
