May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager or Location Manager.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>o Performs on-site service on all makes of Turf and small Agricultural equipment.</p><p>o Actively promotes and sells dealership specific mobile service programs directly to customers</p><p>o Coordinates with Service Manager or Location Manager to establish and implement effective processes for all Turf and small Agricultural services offered through dealership specific service programs</p><p>o Reviews and explains any maintenance, repair or other service concerns directly with the customer and documents on work order</p><p>o Establishes and implements effective stocking processes with the Parts department to maintain the proper seasonal parts inventory in the vehicle</p><p>o Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge</p><p>o Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products</p><p>o Maintains condition of mobile service vehicle, trailer, inventory, tools and equipment</p><p>o Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments</p><p>o Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments</p><p>o Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties</p><p>o Responsible for other duties as assigned by your manager</p><br/><br/><p> </p><p><strong>o 1+ years of experience performing service repairs</strong></p><p>o Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills</p><p>o Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures</p><p>o Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of turf equipment</p><p>o Proficient knowledge of selling techniques</p><p>o Ability to use Service Advisor, Microsoft Office applications, and basic computer functions</p><p>o Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes</p><p>o Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly</p><p>o Basic Service Technician certification preferred</p><p>o High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred</p><p>o Valid driver's license required; CDL (Commercial Drivers License), fork lift license preferred</p><br/><br/><p><strong>Compensation details:</strong> 0 Yearly Salary</p><br><br><p>PIf8eb01e5f20b-3732</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?qTNiDjj9zmWLP0xIlzw%2b5JfnIets3IJ8b" width="0" height="0" />
