You'll deliver lessons, manage classrooms, and support students' academic development while enjoying schedule flexibility and professional growth.</p><p>Responsibilities<br />- Support the school where needed<br />- Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning<br />- Assign lessons and follow the classroom teacher's lesson plans<br />- Maintaining a safe learning environment<br />- Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the students' learning experiences and support them as needed<br /></p><p>Required Qualifications:<br />- Substitute Teaching License in Arizona<br />- IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card<br />- Experience working with children<br />-Applicants must have professional proficiency in English<br />-US Work Authorization as Zen Educate is unable to sponsor any employment visa or relocation assistance at this time<br /><br />Physical Requirements: <br />- Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the classroom throughout the day<br />- Able to lift up to 20 lbs and safely assist students when needed (kneeling, bending, quick response)<br />- Additional physical requirements may be requested during your application process<br /></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:<br />- Subject matter expertise<br />- Bachelor's Degree<br />- Experience supporting SPED students<br /><br /></p><p>Salary:<br />- Pay: $150 - $170 per day<br />- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, within hours of 7:30 - 3:00/4:30 pm<br /></p><p>Benefits:<br />- Weekly pay<br />- Paid Sick Leave<br />- 401K (certain eligibility criteria)</p><p>Why Zen<br />When you work with Zen Educate, you're never on your own.
