<p>Start the School Year Strong!<br />We're hiring multiple early childhood educators to support school districts and private preschool centers. The roles vary from mid-term substitute placements, with you working directly in a classroom Monday through Friday, supporting students and staff on a consistent, daily basis. We also have availability for our daily substitute program, where you can choose which centers / hours work best for you!<br /><br />Talk to a recruiter today and get hired before the first bell rings.</p><p>You'll be stepping into a teaching position at a preschool site, helping to lead activities, manage the classroom, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 2 -5. You'll follow the school's curriculum and routines while collaborating with other teachers and support staff.</p><p>Responsibilities:<br />- Lead classroom routines, activities, and play-based learning<br />- Create a warm, engaging, and safe environment for children<br />- Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early learning<br />- Collaborate with staff and follow each center's curriculum and routines<br />- Maintain classroom organization and MN DHS licensing standards<br />- Communicate effectively with families and staff</p><p>Qualifications (Required by MN DHS):<br />To qualify as a Lead Teacher in Minnesota, you must meet one of the following:<br />- Option 1: 24 quarter (16 semester) credits in ECE/Child Development and 2,080 hours of experience<br />- Option 2: AA or BA degree in Early Childhood or related field<br />- Option 3: CDA credential and 2,080 hours of experience<br />- Must be at least 18 and pass MN DHS background study</p><p>Nice-to-Have:<br />- 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare or preschool<br />- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Hmong) <br />- Completed pediatric CPR & First Aid certification</p><p>Salary<br />Pay: $21 - $24 per hour, paid weekly.<br />Schedule: Full-time or flexible substitute options</p><p>Benefits:<br />- Weekly pay<br />- Paid Sick Leave<br />- 401K (certain eligibility criteria)<br /><br />Ready to get started?
