<b>Find your calling at Mercy!</b> <p></p>The MRI Staff Technologist works under the supervision of the Administrative Supervisor and/or Director, and operates a magnetic resonance scanner to obtain images used by physicians in the diagnosis and treatments of pathologies Selects appropriate imaging techniques and operates console and peripheral hardware; enters and monitors patient data, transfers images from disk to PACS.<p></p> <b>Position Details:</b> <p></p><p> <b>Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime:</b> <b> </b>The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of <b>$370</b> per month and up to <b>$20,000</b> for a lifetime maximum. </p> <p><br /> <b>Qualifications:</b> </p><ul><li><p><b>Required Education:</b> Secondary and some post-secondary. Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology Program.</p></li><li><p><b>Certifications:</b> ARRT (MR) Registry or ARMRIT required within 18 months of hire. BLS Basic Life Support Within 3 Months Of Hire.</p></li><li><p><b>Other:</b> Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
