<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>Operating and maintaining Preston Communities assets (apartment homes and/or office buildings) by performing the following duties.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><p> Monitor turns, vacant units, and move-outs.</p><p> Maintain exterior appearance of property to present good "street appeal".</p><p> Completion of work orders.</p><p> Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems and physical condition of assets do not deteriorate.</p><p> Perform daily trash pick up, including pet waste, cigarette butts, etc.</p><p> Be on an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend maintenance emergencies.</p><p> All other duties as assigned.</p><br/><br/><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
