Descriptions & requirements Job Description<br/><p>Merchandisers are critical to our success at FritoLay! Merchandisers are responsible for merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos & many more in stores including supermarkets and large grocery stores. Although you will start out as a Merchandiser for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. <strong>In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations </li><li>Retrieve FritoLay products and merchandise the product throughout the store </li><li>Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives </li><li>Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (You will have the opportunity to attain different work schedules with time!) </li><li>Leverage a company issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity </li></ul><p>We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this environment, it is fun, fast-paced, and physical - you should expect that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. <strong>Here are the minimum qualifications of this job: </strong></p><ul><li>Be 18 years of age or older </li><li>Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance </li><li>Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation </li></ul><p><strong>Our application takes 20-25 minutes to finish on any device.
