And we know our success starts with our team members - our internal ravings fans. </p><p><br/></p><p>We're looking for an On the Road Commercial Service Technician who places an emphasis on creating results for teammates, customers, and the company. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you get: </strong></p><ul><li>Top Pay - the more you know, the more you earn</li><li>Paid holidays & vacations; closed most major holidays</li><li>Health/dental/vision insurance </li><li>401(K)</li><li>Team member discount program</li><li> and being a part of a company that offers a career, not just a job!</li></ul><p><strong>What you will be doing as a Commercial/Ag Tire Service Technician</strong></p><ul><li>Dismounting and mounting auto, truck, agricultural and commercial vehicle tires</li><li>Operating a service truck on outside service calls. </li><li>Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.</li><li>Determining repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.</li><li>Alignments</li><li>Properly executing billing documents.</li><li>Following all safety and driving rules.</li><li>After Hours on call service calls.</li></ul> Requirements: <p><strong>What boxes you have to check:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience with commercial vehicle is preferred.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a safe driving history and Class E endorsement </li><li>Repetitive lifting.
