And we know our success starts with our team members - our internal ravings fans. </p><p>We're looking for a Commercial Tire Tech experienced in working with both commercial and agricultural vehicles, who places an emphasis on creating results for teammates, customers, and the company. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you get: </strong></p><p><br/></p><p> Top Pay - the more you know, the more you earn</p><p> Paid holidays & vacations; closed most major holidays</p><p> Health/dental/vision insurance </p><p> 401(K)</p><p> Team member discount program</p><p> and being a part of a company that offers a career, not just a job!</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you will be doing as a Commercial Tire Technician:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p> Dismounting and mounting auto, truck, agricultural and commercial vehicle tires</p><p> Operating a service truck on outside service calls. </p><p> Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.</p><p> Determining repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.</p><p> Alignments</p><p> Properly executing billing documents.</p><p> Following all safety and driving rules.</p><p> After Hours on call service calls.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What boxes you have to check:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p> Prior experience in both commercial and agricultural vehicles is required. </p><p> Valid driver's license with a safe driving history </p><p> Repetitive lifting.
