Accounts Receivable Clerk
Onsite Indianapolis, IN
Contract-to-Hire $22-25/hr

LHH is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for one of our clients. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire role. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented team player who follows processes and works well in a collaborative, drama-free environment.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions
  • Enter and reconcile data using ERP systems and customer portals
  • Support billing, collections, and cash application as needed
  • Cross-train with Accounts Payable
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting) and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and navigate ERPs and online portals
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a professional, positive attitude
