This position will be <strong>full-time</strong> and <strong>on-site</strong> located in <strong>Hampton, VA </strong>on a <strong>1st shift; 6:00AM - 2:30 pm.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Follow standardized work instructions for the assembly of components in accordance with top/sub-level drawings</p></li><li><p>Test electronics/mechanical parts assemblies requiring good hand-eye coordination</p></li><li><p>Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings, S.O.Ps., and OMS</p></li><li><p>Maintain high cleanliness standards during shifts and responsible areas</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement in all duties</p></li><li><p>Follow all directions and safety protocols</p></li><li><p>Use microscopes and small hand tools</p></li><li><p>Apply job skills and company policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Perform varied and semi-routine tasks; overtime may be required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>Technology manufacturing experience (electronic or mechanical, sensor component technology manufacturing)</p></li><li><p>1+ years of experience</p></li><li><p>Steel-toed shoes</p></li><li><p>Ability to read, understand, and follow complex work instructions and product specifications</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</p></li><li><p>Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a clean room environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)</p></li><li><p>Commitment to safety and quality standards</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to read signage, understand documentation, and communicate processes</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards</p></li><li><p>Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor</p></li><li><p>Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person</p></li><li><p>Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Reasonable accommodation statement</strong></p><p>If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or 824 - 8111.</p><p></p><p></p>$21.00 per hour<p>The pay range for this position is listed above.
