Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through on-site engagement, community events, and consistent follow-up.
Customer Experience
Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience while guiding prospects through the home buying journey.
Closing & Execution
Confidently ask for the sale, overcome objections, and move prospects from interest to close.
CRM & Follow-Up
Leverage CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to track leads, manage communication, and ensure consistent follow-through.
Team Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with community managers, marketing, and leadership to align efforts and achieve sales goals.
