• Patient Volume: Up to 12 patients per day

• Active Ohio Physician Assistant (PA) license required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant; prior cardiology experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills working with cardiologists and APPs
• Availability for a minimum of 5 consecutive days; preference for longer continuous assignments
• Willingness to complete a Microsoft Teams interview with the APP Manager prior to placement

• Provide general cardiology care in an outpatient clinic setting, managing routine and follow-up visits
• Evaluate and manage patients independently and escalate to supervising physicians as needed
• Perform inpatient cardiology consults when scheduled (no clinic responsibilities on consult days)
• Coordinate patient care with interventional cardiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in the EHR

• Experience with cardiology diagnostics and workflows (ECG/EKG interpretation, stress testing, basic cardiac imaging)
• Prior experience in outpatient cardiology clinics and inpatient consult services
• Comfortable using common EHR systems and telehealth platforms
