This role focuses on administrative, operational, and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day client interactions and internal processes. The Assistant acts as a key point of contact for routine client inquiries, supports onboarding and account maintenance processes, and helps manage communications between clients and internal teams. Position Duties/Responsibilities: - Client & Operational Support - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Manager in servicing existing and potential clients. - Respond to client inquiries, redirect requests when necessary, and ensure timely follow-up. - Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve client issues efficiently. - Assist in proactive client outreach for follow-ups, documentation, or pending requests. - Support account opening, updates, and closing processes, ensuring documentation is complete and properly recorded in internal systems. - Support the team in tracking and resolving incidents or pending items identified by Back Office. Process Support: - Develop a basic understanding of investment products and services to effectively support client inquiries. - Assist in preparing documentation and materials related to investment and credit products. - Support the team in the commercialization and administrative processing of products and services. - Provide operational support in client transactions and internal workflows. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies. - Monitor reports (e.g., account movements) and escalate any irregularities (such as overdrafts) to the appropriate team.
