• Required Procedures: Must be comfortable with General, Ortho, OBGYN, TOCALS/VBACs (473 deliveries, 220 C-sections), ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular, Health PEDS (1+yrs old-primarily ENT)

• Regional Anesthesia:B No Nerve Catheters.B Most blocks performed (Must be comfortable with Epidurals, Spinals, US guided anesthesia).

• APP Support/Supervision: (8) CRNAs:B (5) in the OR.B (1) on OB float.B (1) on secondary Call at night.B (1) on Night Shift

• Model Type:B All CRNA practice

• EMR: Cerner

• Requirements: Board Certified, Active AZ License
