Customer Support (Call Center) - Full-Time, $20/hour - On-Site in Stevens Point - STARTING June 1! Put your Service, Communication and Tech skills to work in this Customer Support role with our client, a well-respected, reputable Stevens Point business! This is an on-site position, located in Stevens Point, WI. Will be taking high volume of inbound phone calls daily to assist customer in areas focused around billing, account maintenance, and eligibility. Duties include:
Handling billing inquiries
Processing payments
Maintaining up-to-date demographic information
Updating customer records (email/mailing address, phone number, etc.)
Reviewing and confirming customer eligibility upon request to terminate coverage and processing or escalating the requests
Providing clear direction and accurate information to customer
Following established policy & procedure
Accurately documenting customer interactions
Schedule Options:
7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday
8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Training will be required at 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday for the first 2 weeks Pay:
$20/hour
Length:
Starting June 1
Temporary until approximately March 30, 2027
Proven exceptional attention to detail
Tech Savy and ability to learn & navigate computer systems and resources
Strong customer service experience (call center preferred)
Must be comfortable working with customers over the phone
Proven reliability and professionalism
