Changing Lives. </p> <p> <strong>What You'll DO:</strong> </p> <ul> <li> Deliver high quality member experiences through safe, effective and motivational classes. </li> <li> Demonstrate bike setup, proper form and positions, and the ability to modify intensity for members when necessary. </li> <li> Increase attendance through knowledge, skill and emotional connection. </li> <li> Willing to teach at least two classes a week. </li> <li> Create community through positive interactions before and after class. </li> <li> Address member concerns or direct to appropriate club management. </li> <li> Report equipment maintenance needs to club management. </li> <li> Drive excitement for classes and recruit members to join. </li> <li> Secure appropriate substitutes to ensure class coverage, per Edge policies and procedures. </li> <li> Maintain a growing social media presence to attract new participants to classes, special events, etc. </li> <li> Read staff communications and attend staff meetings on occasion as required. </li> <li> Maintain a professional attitude toward responsibilities, fellow instructors, club staff and members. </li> <li> Adhere to Group Exercise policies and procedures. </li> <li> Support and articulate the Edge Fitness mission statement. </li> <li> Maintain a healthy way of life. </li> </ul> <p> <strong>What You'll Need:</strong> </p> <ul> <li> 6 months experience teaching cycling classes </li> <li> Nationally-Accredited Cycling Certification. Mad Dogg Spinning Certification preferred </li> <li> Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification </li> <li> Must be outgoing, energetic and able to perform in front of an audience </li> <li> Must have access to regular email and phone communication </li> <li> Must have excellent interpersonal skills </li> <li> Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and ability to demonstrate them </li> </ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?t7ZsEWZhnj7ZtUFPAxB6vZipftJ9jLP4o" width="0" height="0" />
