We are looking for a Development Manager, Entitlements, to join our growing team. This position will be a key leader in the pre-development lifecycle of NorthPoint Development's industrial and data center projects. This role is responsible for navigating the complex entitlement and permitting landscape to secure all necessary jurisdictional approvals. The ideal candidate will bring experience in land use, zoning, permitting regulations, ensuring that our projects are "shovel-ready" on schedule and on budget. This individual will act as a primary problem solver, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to overcome regulatory and technical hurdles.
