Job Title: Urgent Care Physician (BC/BE)
Location: Erie, PA 16504
Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension

Pay Rate is Negotiable

Requirements
  • Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in the U.S. (any state/territory/DC)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification (or equivalent)
  • Ability to comply with medical staff policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide urgent care evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans
  • Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records on the same day
  • Stabilize patients and arrange transfer when higher-level care is required
  • Provide discharge instructions and patient education
  • Follow medication safety policies (no sample medications)
  • Participate in quality improvement, safety reporting, and staff meetings
