Entry Level Welder Fabricator

Pay: 22.00 Location: Elizabeth, Colorado Job Overview: We are looking for an entry-level Welder Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn. You will work on fabricating and assembling metal structures and products using TIG, MIG, and Stick welding methods. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components according to specifications Use hand and power tools as needed for cutting, shaping, and finishing Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication challenges as they arise Requirements: Basic experience with Trig, MIG, and Stick welding techniques (school or practical experience) Comfortable using measuring tools and doing shop math, including trigonometry Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good problem-solving skills; able to think independently and work through challenges Self-starter with a strong work ethic; reliable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Preferred but not required: Welding certification or relevant technical training Physical Requirements: Able to stand, bend, and lift to 100 lbs as needed Comfortable working around loud noises, heat, and metalwork environments
