LHH is seeking an Estates & Trusts Paralegal for our valued law firm client. This role supports estate planning and estate administration matters from start to finish. The paralegal will manage probate and trust administration, prepare and file legal documents, and assist with coordinating assets throughout the estate process.
Responsibilities:- Manage probate and trust administration matters from inception through completion
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and estate tax returns
- Prepare estate planning documents such as wills and trusts
- Coordinate the collection, management, and distribution of estate and trust assets
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with deadlines
Qualifications:- Probate administration experience
- Trust administration experience
- Ability to draft legal documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estates Paralegal in law firm setting
- Familiarity with Lackner 6-in-1
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $60K and $75K.
