Our specialized 8-bed CVICU is a high-acuity environment where nurses care for patients recovering from complex cardiovascular procedures such as open-heart surgeries, catheter-based valve replacements, vascular interventions, and thoracic surgeries. You'll work with cutting-edge technology alongside a collaborative team of intensivists, surgeons, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, with team rounds held three times daily to support a coordinated, patient-centered approach. In this role, you will assess changes in patient condition, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide life-saving interventions while growing professionally in a supportive and high-performing environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
