Family Practice Physician Illinois - $150K Student Loan Repayment

Outpatient Family Medicine opening in a well-supported clinic setting with no weekend hours. Enjoy an optional 4-day workweek, collaborative team environment, and a full compensation package including loan repayment and bonuses.

Practice Setting:

• Family Clinic is open Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

• There is currently 3 Physicians and 4 NPs employed by MDH seeing patients with additional provider support from partner clinics

• Option to also oversee convenience clinic

• 48-bed healthcare facility providing an impressive spectrum of advanced medical treatments and personalized health services

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary between $300,000 - $350,000

• Additional $150,000 Student loan repayment paid direct by employer

• $50,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation
