• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the flooring selection process
• Help customers find flooring and tile solutions that fit their home, lifestyle, and budget
• Create proposals, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
• Maintain communication with new and existing customers
• Stay organized and manage sales activity effectively
• Represent Carpet City Flooring Center with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

• Previous sales experience in retail, home improvement, furniture, remodeling, real estate, or related industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Comfortable using technology and managing details
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flooring experience is helpful, but not required - we provide training
