Position Summary
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join the Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Georgetown West. This is a full-time, employed outpatient position within a physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare system. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a team-based clinical environment.
Practice Overview
Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Georgetown West provides primary and preventive care services to patients in Georgetown and the surrounding communities.
Family medicine physicians at the clinic deliver care across the lifespan, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and treatment of common acute conditions. The clinic supports continuity of care and emphasizes a patient-centered approach to primary care.
Essential Functions
Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to pediatric and adult patients.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
Deliver preventive care services including wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations.
Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Comply with Baylor Scott & White Health policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.

Qualifications
Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Licensed or eligible for licensure by the Texas Medical Board
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or BOS)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment
Preferred
Prior outpatient family medicine experience
