It's good for the workforce, it's good for Mosaic, and it's the right thing to do. </p> <p> <strong>The Essentials:</strong> </p> <ul> <li> <strong> Education: </strong> You've got a Bachelor's in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field <strong>REQUIRED</strong> </li> <li> <strong> Experience: </strong> You have at least three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities . </li> <li> <strong> Skills: </strong> You're tech-savvy, a great communicator, and you know your way around first aid and CPR . </li> <li> <strong> Availability: </strong> You're ready to be on-call to provide guidance when your team needs a helping hand . </li> <li> <strong> Requirements: </strong> You'll need a valid driver's license .
