Job Description Answer incoming calls<BR> Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; escalate accordingly<BR> Act as a liaison between company employees and the IT support departments<BR> Support and monitor various software, applications, and hardware<BR> Perform follow-up calls to customers and other IT departments regarding tickets/issues<BR> Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences<BR> Complete company-provided customer service training as required<BR> Periodic travel may be required<BR> Other duties as assigned<BR><BR>Physical Requirements: <BR> Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time<BR> Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery<BR> May be required to climb ladders and perform overhead and under desk work<BR> Ability to lift up to 50 pounds<BR><BR>FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.<img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?gv3MZzQopeoSfi%2fHCxC3O7%2bMrygNMyyqh" width="0" height="0" />
