StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;On Call Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p + pager call 5p-8a

Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

Type of cases and required procedures: Leukemia/lymphoma & malignant hematology cases (will NOT see bone marrow transplant patients)

Credentialing timeframe: 60+ days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pennsylvania Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required. Must be Board Certified.

Licensure required: Active Pennsylvania license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
