Job Title: HR Recruiter Part Time
Pay: $20-$24 per hour

Approximately 24 hours per week


Job Description:

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a talented HR recruiter to join their dynamic HR team. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and objectives. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
  • Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous recruiting experience
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
