Machine Operator

Client: Fortune 500 Title: Machine Operator Location: Springfield, TN Duration: 03 Months (Contract to Hire) Schedule: Mon - Thu; 4:45 pm - 3:15 am CST (4 x 10's) Pay Rate: $19/hr on W2 Summary: This position supports manufacturing operations by assisting machine operators, working on presses, handling parts, and ensuring products are properly assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities: Follow all safety procedures and use required protective equipment. Assist with press operations, remove parts, and separate scrap. Assemble, package, label, and stack products as per work orders. Prepare materials (totes, skids, bags, boxes) and move finished goods. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work as part of a team and report any safety or quality concerns. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and basic safety awareness. Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
