Receives all referrals coming into agency.</p><br><p>2. Researches all information needed to admit and verify payment coverage.</p><br><p>3. Manages activities that contribute to a comprehensive program of quality assessment and improvement for clinical services.</p><br><p>4. Develops programs to enhance organizational visibility and acts as a resource person for staff.</p><br><p>5. Other duties as required.</p><p>Other information:<br> Technical Expertise <br>1. Experience in home care management is required.<br>2. Experience working with all levels within an organization is preferred.<br>3. Experience in healthcare is preferred.<br>4. Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word or similar software is required.<br><br> Education and Experience <br>1. Education: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN is required; Master's degree MSN is preferred.<br>2. Certification: Registered Nurse licensure is required. BLS required.<br>3. Years of experience: 3-5 years preferred.<br>4.
