<p><strong>Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Long-Term Care</strong></p><p>A specialized vascular care group dedicated to serving the long-term care setting is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its growing team. The organization delivers advanced, clinic-level vascular care directly within nursing homes, allowing patients to receive high-quality treatment in a familiar environment.</p><p>This role involves providing personalized bedside care, reducing the need for patient transport while ensuring comprehensive vascular services-from routine assessments to advanced procedures.</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong><br>The NP/PA will perform on-site clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for residents in long-term care facilities.
