Nurse Practitioner

Duration: 6 contracts Position Overview The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care within a collaborative clinical care team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive patient care, improving health outcomes, and supporting patients in managing acute and chronic conditions. The NP will work closely with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Provide primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions Deliver patient-centered care, including health counseling and disposition planning Conduct routine exams, diagnostic testing, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions Promote preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices through screenings and wellness education Manage chronic disease conditions and coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals Encourage patient engagement in their own health and well-being Perform administrative duties including: Clinic opening/closing procedures Inventory management Insurance verification and payment collection Patient follow-ups and appointment management Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a clean, compliant clinical environment Required Qualifications: Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program Current National Board Certification Active, unrestricted State NP license Minimum 1+ year of recent Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience as an NP Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures Excellent communication and patient counseling skills Ability to work independently and within a team-based care model Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology Preferred Qualifications: Experience in value-based care models Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
