They keep our Guests comfortable by performing troubleshooting and repair of systems and equipment (boilers, chillers, compressors), installations, maintenance, and quality checks of completed work. </p><p>If you would like to take on this challenge, apply today. </p><p>(Local, Southern California applicants sought - NO RELOCATION OFFERED.)</p><br /><br/><b>Basic Qualifications : </b><br/><ul><li>You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role</li></ul><strong>Technical Abilities</strong><ul><li>Journeyman Operating Engineer or maintenance machinist experience</li><li>Unlimited CFC license</li><li>Background as a Utilities Man Class A or C, Boiler Technician Class A or C</li><li>Ability to use special tools and equipment</li><li>Familiarity with pumps, compressors, boilers, chiller units, cooling towers, and associated equipment</li><li>Familiarity with alignment of pumps and shafts</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic</li><li>Familiarity with, or have the ability to learn, the Computerized Maintenance Management System ("Maximo")</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Additional Information : </b><br/><strong>SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY</strong><p>Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, and must be open to any days off.
