Lexington Health and Lexington Pediatrics is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join our network. Physicians will experience a collegial and supportive environment; limited call schedule, established reputation within the community to rapidly build your patient panel. This position will treat pediatric patients from newborn to 21 years of age.

1:7 weekly call rotation (Monday 7a-Friday 5p)
1:7 weekend call rotation (Friday 5p - Monday 7a), including Saturday morning clinic. Rounding during call to include Newborn Nursery on Main Lexington Health Campus.
Quarterly Production-based incentive bonuses.
Position will be responsible to serving as a preceptor for Lexington Health Family Medicine Residents.
AI-enabled tools integrated into the EPIC EHR platform to reduce administrative burden and support clinical decision making.
