In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping children improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life in a supportive clinical setting.<br><br> <b> How <em> HPRC </em>, a member of the <em>Confluent Health Family</em> Supports You: </b> <ul><li> AI clinical documentation support, built to significantly reduce after hours charting so work stays at work. </li><li> Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match. </li></ul><ul><li> Industry-leading continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM) including residency, fellowship, and board certification support. </li><li> Structured mentorship and career development. </li><li> A care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiency. </li></ul> Responsibilities: <br> <b>You'll achieve success by:</b> <ul><li> Provide pediatric physical therapy services within a daycare setting, allowing children to receive care during their normal daily routines for more natural, real-world progress. </li></ul><ul><li> Partner with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, and caregivers) to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care. </li></ul><ul><li> Review each child's medical history, developmental milestones, and family concerns to guide evidence-based, individualized care. </li></ul><ul><li> Evaluate movement, strength, coordination, balance, and functional skills through play-based and standardized assessments in the child's everyday environment </li></ul><ul><li> Create individualized, family-centered treatment plans that support development and participation in daily daycare activities and routines. </li></ul><ul><li> Monitor progress closely and adjust the plan of care to meet each child's evolving needs. </li></ul><ul><li> Partner with families and caregivers by providing education, home exercise programs, and strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions. </li></ul> Qualifications: <br><br> <b> Qualifications: </b> <ul><li> Physical Therapist Licensure </li><li> 1-2 yrs of Pediatric Practice preferred. </li></ul><br> <b> Who We Are: </b> <br><br> <b>HPRC</b> is a member of the <b>Confluent Health family</b> of companies, we're more than just physical and occupational therapists - we're movement makers.
