• Employed position, Outpatient only
• Mid-level support
• Office space available
• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
• Full malpractice coverage
• Small patient panels for consistency and focus

• Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but certainly not required
